It’s always the ones with the hyphenated name that go insane as reports have surfaced that the wife of Brandon Marshall, Michi Nogami-Marshall has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office arrest report the wife of the Miami Dolphins wide receiver stabbed him with a kitchen knife late Friday evening.
The NFL and Miami Dolphins are unable to have any contact with Marshall due to the NFL lockout but a team doctor for the Dolphins can see Marshall, consult with Marshall’s other doctors, and the team can express appropriate well wishes, said NFL spokesman Greg Aiello.
Michi, age 26, was arrested Friday evening and told officers she was defending herself.
Even after Michi tried to blame Brandon he attempted to falsely state that he fell onto a broken glass vase, but the officers noted that evidence at the couples home didn’t substantiate that claim.
Nogami-Marshall was released from jail Saturday on $7,500 bail, most likely paid by her pussy-whipped husband.
Maybe Michi was just cutting her meat when her arm slipped?
Odds are that the two lovers, that go back to the days of college, are one of those odd couples that have a love-hate relationship.
Marshall and Michi married in Miami last July and were both students at Central Florida.
In March 2009, Marshall was arrested in Atlanta on misdemeanor battery charges stemming from a fight with Nogami-Marshall, who was his fiancee at the time. The charges were dropped when both refused to testify.
